When you contact the advisory service, our team will first determine whether your issue is something One Safe Tasmania can help with. From there, an advisor will assess whether your question can be resolved on the spot or whether it needs more detailed support.
If further support is needed, your enquiry will be forwarded to a consultant who can provide a more detailed response and arrange a consultation. Consultants can provide up to five hours of dedicated coaching and mentoring support per calendar year to help you develop, implement, and review safety solutions for your business.
Through our advisory service you can also connect, for free, with a diverse range of safety knowledge specialists with expertise in areas such as frontline health and safety, high risk industries, and physical and psychological health and safety leadership.
All our advisors have worked in large organisations and as small business owners, so they understand the unique challenges, drivers, and constraints that smaller businesses face when establishing sustainable safety management.
